Volunteers are the heart and soul of the Leelanau Historical Society. Over 100 people volunteer for all facets of
Society operations annually, particular at the Leelanau Historical Museum. This extensive volunteer involvement reflects
the Society's commitment to the community. Volunteers represent a vast array of ages, interests, and
backgrounds. They bring expertise, experiences, resources, and enthusiasm. Without volunteers, the Society could not
advance its important mission.
