Thank you for your interest in joining the Leelanau Historical Society!
The LHS works to conserve the Leelanau County's heritage by documenting, collecting, and caring for the stories, traditions, and objects of its people. The loyal support of our members enables us to develop our work for the benefit of present and future generations.
In addition to their support of the Leelanau Historical, LHS members receive:- Free Admission to the Leelanau Historical Museum

- Invitations and notice of special events, programs and activities.
- Invitations to special Museum functions and exhibit openings
- Voting privileges at the Annual Meeting

In addition, first time members, receive a copy of the LHM's limited edition catalog: Hans W. Anderson: His Life and Art. featuring the work of Northport's fisherman/folk artist: or "The Way We Were Special Occasion Calendar" featuring historic photographs and a Leelanau County history.

The Leelanau Historical Society, Inc. is a non-profit 50© (3) organization. From the time receipt, dues are applied to a 12 month period and are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
