The Leelanau Historical Society invites members, friends, and all who share an interest in preserving our region’s history to attend this annual meeting and history program.
In addition to other business that may be conducted at the annual meeting, proposed By-laws amendments will be presented and voted upon by the Membership.

During the meeting, members will also vote on the election and re-election of the following proposed candidates to the Board of Trustees: Hayward Draper, Paul Dechow, Greg Nobles, and Guy Brossy.
Join us at this historic Leelanau location. In addition to the business meeting and our annual “Year-in-Review,” there will be a history program by Camp Director Weldon Rutledge and historian Andrew White. Come hear about the history of Camp Leelanau/Kohahna and its predecessor, Camp Innisfree.

Parking is provided in a lot immediately before the turn onto Basch Rd. We will have an LHS representatives waiting to greet you and direct you across the great lawn to the Great House where the day’s programming will take place. (See map below)
If you require closer access to the Great House, please speak with the LHS Representative in the parking lot and they will direct you to accessible parking. Please note while a ramp into the Great House is available, there are stairs to navigate around the rest of the Great House facility.
